Mobilar BV, established in 2021 and based in Niel, Belgium, specializes in on-the-job skills assessments and skill certification. Our flagship product, MOBILAR®, enables organizations to accurately evaluate workforce competencies and leverage skills data to enhance business performance. The tool conducts objective, on-the-job assessments integrated into daily work environments, facilitating targeted skills management and personalized training approaches.

In 2020, the Flemish Agency for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (VLAIO) awarded a €400,000 subsidy to further develop MOBILAR®, underscoring its innovative approach to skills management. Mobilar BV continues to focus on expanding its services within the automotive industry and aims to diversify into other sectors, promoting skills-based decision-making and workforce optimization.
